The Galactic Primer

This alphabet book is a journey to the far corners of the universe. It features strange creatures doing even stranger things such as Angry Arcturians attacking an apple, Ominous Oratorical Oatmeeals or Veiled violet Verbosities victorious over vegetables. The fantastic, humorous drawings are as colorful as the characters. This is NOT a good alphabet book for for a two year old, but your precocious three or four year old will love its tongue-twisting, out of this world wackiness. Notes on each page from professor Knowsalot turn this into a book even your five or six year old will enjoy. This is also a great introduction to short forms of poetry such as tongue-twisters. My favorite experience with this book came after I read it to two neighborhood children, the next time they saw me they met me with tongue twisters of their own.
