Individualism and the pursuit of happiness are under attack. The courts are under attack. This book is about freedom, including the freedom of religion and the freedom to be yourself. This book is also about our constitution and about one of our most cherished rights: to be treated equally under the law. What would it be like if we could return to the vision of our great constitution? What legislation would need to be added or modified to reach equal treatment under the law?
