Geriatric Care Plans

Sample care plans, titled by medical diagnosis and organized primarily by body system, use the nursing process throughout. Each plan includes NANDA-approved nursing diagnoses with emphasis on patient goals, and provides medical diagnoses, etiology, assessment criteria, physical examination criteria, diagnostic studies and potential complications, nursing diagnoses with goals, signs and symptoms, interventions with rationales, outcome criteria, and nursing actions for various patient-care settings.
