The Girl Who Liked Pink

This is the story of a little girl who loves the color pink. While searching through the forest for pink flowers, she rescues a magical elf, who grants her two wishes. Her first wish is that everything is pink, but that turns out to be a bad idea. In using her second wish to bring back all the other colors, the girl learns a valuable lesson about the benefits of diversity.

John Gordon recently retired following a long career as a hotel appraiser. He has composed several musical works, including a full-length choral mass. This is his first story for children.
Lis Rafailedes is a Seattle based illustrator and designer. She has a background in visual arts and education, and this is the first children's book she has illustrated.
