Global Perspectives on Ethics of Corporate

This volume takes a 'hard look at the soft practice' of corporate governance. It grew out of a series of contributions from the Third ISBEE World Congress on Business Ethics that took place on July 2004 in Melbourne.

Alejo José G. Sison, is the Rafael Escolá Chair of Professional Ethics at the School of Engineering (TECNUN) of the University of Navarre. G J (Deon) Rossouw is Professor and Head of the Philosophy Department at the University of Pretoria.
