Charles C. Yang is Assistant Professor at the Barry Kaye School of Finance, Insurance and Economics at Florida Atlantic University. Paul Windels is Auditor at the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Commission of Belgium and Assistant Professor in Finance and Risk Management at the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel.
