"The Great American Implosion" is comprised of four essays: "The Great American Implosion" defines America's economic problems, the causes, and the source of $1 trillion to fund the robust initiatives to put America back on track. An "Open Letter to Allen Greenspan" critiques his book, "The Age of Turbulence" for the cavalier attitude of the Washington D.C. establishment in overlooking the drastic economic desecration created by rampant Unregulated Republican Free Market Capitalism, and Globalization. "America 2011 - What Happened?" written in 2005, is a worst case scenario looking into the future of our nation should the Republican Party win the 2008 elections. Be warned, the outlook is such an event is beyond frightening. "Spirituality Reborn" describes how to organize inexpensive, voluntary, and proven "talk therapy" programs designed to treat depression, which affects 30-50 million Americans, and will become a plague as the depression worsens! Building and staffing Health and Recovery Clinics in every city is one of the initiatives proposed in "The great American Implosion". "Right so Wrong" is a poem suggesting a solution to the Christian Right's trespassing in affairs of state. "The Infinite Will" is a philosophical piece about the spiritual power above and beyond any religious connotations. It suggests a basis for human spiritual growth avoiding organized religious contentions. American's belief in the prevailing good and fair-mindedness of most people, is the foundation of our Democracy.
