Grief, Loss, and Never Letting Go: In Loving Memory of Irwin B. Gerber

When you lose the most important person in your life and people tell you to "let go"... what do they mean?

In this memoir of my dad, Irwin B. Gerber, I share how I never let go.  I move forward with ease and grace as I live in honor of his memory and dedicate the rest of my life to living out his legacy.

You do not have to let go to move forward.  You can hold onto your loved one forever and keep them with you when you need them the most.  You can speak to them daily. You can even visit with them in your dreams.  There are endless possibilities when connecting with the deceased.

Use your imagination and your wildest dreams to be with your loved one always.  It will be worth stretching your mind and heart as you experience joy again in your life.

Pamela Tinkham is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Somatic Therapist, and Yoga Psychotherapist who has been working with clients on their goals since 1992. She holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Fordham University where she graduated with honors, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Butler University. She also holds national and international certifications from the International Association of Yoga Therapists and The Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey and Florida.
