The mood swings of bi-polar are very severe and often very dramatic. The depression that occurs is what can lead to dangerous, potentially deadly mistakes. I played an amazing football game and just three days later my feelings drastically changed from happy to completely distraught. To try and prevent others from taking the same path, I wrote of my experience. There truly is only one you. Look how incredible you are and look how beautiful this life is. It has gotten to the point where I understand this and I have learned we have everything plus the most important piece of all. We have you, and You are everything.
