Shahid Muhammad, A.K.A. The Math Doctor, was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Secondary Education-Math at Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Muhammad received a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Lincoln University. He has held the position of Assistant Professor and Math Specialist at National Louis University, where he served as codirector of the Masters of Adult Education Developmental Studies Program. Mr. Muhammad also has served as Math Department Head at Muhammad University in Chicago, where he monitored and evaluated the math program for the entire school as well as produced mathematics curriculum. He lectures throughout the world and has earned numerous awards
