Alan A. Block is associate professor of education at the University of Wisconsin Stout. Bill Davis has been playing guitar and singing with Dash Rip Rock for 14 years. He graduated with a masters degree in journalism from Louisiana State University in 1984. Brent Davis is assistant professor of education at York University, Toronto, Canada. Toby Daspit is assistant professor of curriculum theory and cultural studies at Western Michigan University. Mary Aswell Doll is professor and chair of the English Department at Holy Cross College in New Orleans. She publishes and lectures on myth, feminism, and literature. Susan Edgerton teaches curriculum theory and cultural studies at Western Michigan University. Skip Fox is a poet and professor at the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Jane Futcher lives in Novato, California and works at the Marin Independent Journal. Jamake Highwater has taught and lectured throughout the United States and has served on the panels and boards of several arts councils. He established the San Francisco Contemporary Theater and the Native Land Foundation. David W. Jardine teaches in the faculty of education at the University of Calgary. Rebecca Luce-Kapler is assistant professor of language and literacy in the faculty of education, Queen's University, Kingston, Ontario, Canada. Wendy Kohli teaches at the New School for Social Research. Marla Morris is a Ph.D. candidate in curriculum theory at Louisiana State University. Petra Munro is associate professor of education and women's and gender studies at Louisiana State University. Marshall Parks teaches philosophy of education at Western Illinois University. He took his doctorate with Richard Rorty at the University of Virginia. William F. Pinar teaches curriculum theory at Louisiana State University, where he is the St. Bernard Parish Alumni Endowed Professor. He has also been the Frank Talbott Professor at the University of Virginia and A. Lindsay O'Connor Professor of American Institutions at Colgate University; he taught at the University of Rochester from 1972 until 1985. Mike Siddoway is associate professor and chair of the department of mathematics at Colorado College. Dennis J. Sumara is associate professor of education at York University, Toronto, Canada. Denise Taliaferro teaches curriculum theory and black cultural studies at Colgate University. Lance Ternasky teaches at Western Illinois University, in the department of educational and interdisciplinary studies. Lewis Putnam Turco is professor emeritus of English and poet-in-residence at the State University of New York, College of Arts and Sciences, at Oswego. Delese Wear is associate professor of behavioral science and associate director of two programs at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine: Human Values in Medicine and Women and Medicine.
