The journal prompts people to perform one "Significant Act" each day and then record what happened. These "Significant acts" may be as simple as taking a friend to lunch or as grand as planning a trip to Europe. Here's how it works: 1. The journal first prompts people to think of the one "Significant Act" they will do that day 2. The next prompt asks people to write the result of their "Significant Act" 3. The third prompt asks people to write their thoughts of the day or other highlights 4. The fourth prompt is a blank page that inspires people to be creative
