The ICE Contract, the standard form of contract for civil engineering work, produced by the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Association of Consulting Engineers and the Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors, was published in its Sixth Edition in 1991, and will be the dominant form of contract for civil engineering throughout the 1990's.
