Dr. David Dean Richey currently serves as Interim Dean of the College of Education and Professor of Early Childhood Special Education at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. He received his Ph.D. in Education with emphasis in early intervention and child development from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1975. Dr. Richey and his wife Linda are the parents of three young adult children: Amanda, Patrick, and Adam. Dr. John Wheeler currently serves as Interim Associate Dean of the College of Education and Professor of Special Education at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee. He received his Ph.D. in Education with emphasis in Special Education from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1989. Dr. Wheeler is the parent of two young children, Alli and Ben.
