Manfroni and Werksman explain the sense, scope, and consequences of each specific commitment adopted by the countries belonging to the Organization of American States for eliminating criminal offences and unethical practices in government.

Carlos A. Manfroni is President of the Public Ethics Foundation, an Argentine non-governmental organization dedicated to preventing corruption, and teaches at the school of law and political sciences at Universidad Catolica Argentina Santa Maria de los Buenos Aires.
