Internet addiction is an emergent disorder in the psychiatric and psychological fields. Dr. Cristiano Nabuco de Abreu is the director of the Ambulatorio Integrado dos Transtornos do Impulso (Integrated Impluse Disorders Outpatient Unit) at the University of San Paulo.
