Kidlead

KidLead is the landmark book for developing the leadership potential in children and youth. It provides numerous practical ideas for parents, teachers, coaches and children's workers, to identify leadership aptitude and train young leaders at home, school and in the community. KidLead is based on the training programs designed by KidLead, a non-profit educational organization that certifies trainers to use its materials. KidLead shows you why it is essential to begin leadership development early, if we are to have effective, ethical leaders in our world. By doing this, we also provide leaders with a 10-20 year head start on their colleagues. A free, online leadership aptitude assessment is described.
