Dr. Thomas K. Capozzoli is an associate professor of organizational leadership at Purdue University. He is also a senior consultant with Personnel Services Inc., Carmel, IN, and a research associate of the National Center for the Management of Workplace Violence. Dr. Capozzoli spent 30 years with General Motors Corp., retiring in 1992. He received a doctorate in education in 1987 from Ball State University. R. Steve McVey is President and CEO of Personnel Services, Inc., Carmel, IN, a management, human resources, and organizational development consulting firm. He also is an associate professor of organizational leadership at Purdue University and a research associate in the National Center for the Management of Workplace Violence. Prior to his teaching appointment, Professor McVey served for 26 years as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Baruch College of the City University of New York.
