However, Keith didn't stay in teaching for long - instead pursuing careers in business & industry.

By the beginning of the 1990s, he was writing and delivering groundbreaking courses on the Marston DISC model for a consultancy firm focussing in sales, management and organisational development. Clients included Vileda, members of the British Printing Industries Federation and members of the Registered Nursing Home Association. Later that decade, while associated with Business Link Wakefield, Keith undertook training in Spiral Dynamics with the model's developers, Don Beck & Chris Cowan, becoming one of about only 20 people in the UK who trained to Level II with them. Around the same time, he became an INLPTA-accredited Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

As a result of this, Keith began providing 'personal therapy' to people from all walks of life - a natural outgrowth of the coaching and mentoring services he provided as part of his ongoing consultancy services to business.

In 2003 Keith accepted an invitation to teach A-Level Psychology part-time at Vermuyden School in Goole, East Yorkshire. This brought him full circle to many of the concepts he had first studied at University decades before.

From his ongoing work with Spiral Dynamics and NLP and teaching the A-Level syllabus, he began to see more and more how to align and integrate the various disciplines and models in the behavioural sciences. As a result, an open workshop programme he had been running, 'An Introduction to Spiral Dynamics & Related Models of NLP'' mutated into 'An Introduction to Integrated SocioPsychology'. Integrated SocioPsychology is the name he coined for the radical, integrated approach he takes to the behavioural sciences.
