The Land of Nod

The Land of Nod is an epic story of life on Earth after a catastrophic collision with a giant asteroid. A tiny community survives the impact, and the bitter cold, in the shelter of an abandon Nuclear Ordinance Depot. On emerging from the underground bunker they find themselves on an island swept clean of vegetation and human impact. Over the generations they establish a new community however, as their coal supply is exhausted they are driven to find a new energy source. Zac, a man of strange heritage, leads an expedition to explore the world beyond Nod.
