Celia Filipetto has translated more than 150 books from English, Italian, and Catalan, including the works of authors such as Flannery O’Connor, Dorothy Parker, and James Thurber. She is a former professor of a postgraduate course on literary translation at the Autonomous University of Barcelona as well as a former professor in the masters program of literary translation at the University of Malaga.
