This book is the work of an educated Muslim businessman living in an era of a declining economic and political Muslim world. Written over a period of 4 years from 1962 to 1966, the work was designed to educate a Muslim audience about the three Abrahamic faiths and to inoculate Muslims against the proselytizing of Christian missionaries directed at Muslim Turks. It offers Muslims and non-Muslims alike a fascinating window into the role of Islam, as seen through the eyes of an educated Muslim who sees the economic and political decline in the Muslim world as arising from a departure from the core values of Islam. The author explores, explains and contrasts the three Abrahamic monotheistic faiths in order to raise the awareness of contemporary Muslims to the intrinsic strength and values of their faith, and highlights the profound contributions of Muslim scholars and scientists to thefoundations of western civilization. Written decades before the emergence of violent Islamic fundamentalism, it standas as a reminder to all Muslims of the core values of tolerance and peace that are central to the Islamic faith.
