The Chambers and Partners Guide to the Legal Profession 2002 - 2003 describes Mr Vaughan as "one of the senior statesmen of the competition world". He is also a Deputy High Court Judge, Judge of the Court of Appeals of Jersey and Guernsey, and Honorary Professor of European Law at Durham University.
Aidan Robertson is a barrister at Brick Court Chambers in London, specialising in European Union, competition and administrative law. The co-author of two books on competition law, Mr Robertson is widely published in academic and professional journals. He has also lectured and tutored law at Oxford University.
