Ken Kay is the Chief Executive Officer of EdLeader21, a professional learning community of education leaders committed to 21st Century Education. He co-founded the Partnership for 21st Century Skills (P21), and served as its President for 8 years. Prior to these efforts, he served as executive director of the CEO Forum on Education and Technology. Valerie Greenhill is the Chief Learning Officer of EdLeader21. She leads the organization's efforts to integrate the 4Cs into K-12 assessment and curricula systems. From 2004-2010, she served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives for P21, where she established and led work to integrate career and college readiness skills into K-12 education.
