A personal recollection of a young Girl, growing up in Cambridgeshire and how she suffered, cruelty and abuse, and how she witnessed cruelty to her Mother and the Animals in the Family. By a Monster of a Father, It also tells of some of the good times she experienced and how she made the most of the simple things in life. It also tells about how she learnt to cope and pull through and to grow up and lead a happy and normal life. It acts as an inspiration to others in this situation to try and pull through and find that light at the end of the tunnel.
