Hi my name is Kendra Williams and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Level Mathematics and a Master's in Educational Counseling. I taught middle school math for ten years and I currently work in higher education. I am a former math teacher but forever educator. I am the mother of 2 beautiful little girls and they have inspired me to write children's books so that they can see themselves in books about learning and adventures. I believe a child who begins reading books about other children who look like them and have similar daily experiences at their age can increase their love of reading and retention of sight words.
