The Log of the Empire State

Geneve L. A. Shaffer was an American author and member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Shaffer was also appointed the special representative of the San Francisco Examiner on the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Relationship Tour of the Orient. She wrote The Log of the Empire State (c1920). "Before we had reached the Golden Gate we acted like some great happy family, eager to enjoy every minute.
