Charlotte Thomas was an artist and a wife, but most importantly she was a mother. All of this changes on a dark road as she drives away from a successful art show. Tragedy strikes just miles from her home, and Charlotte now must learn to face a life without her daughter, Lyllah.After losing her child, Charlotte divorces her husband and refuses to paint. It isn't until she is forced to beg a favor from her first love that Charlotte realizes that she must face the past if she is to survive the present.
