The Master and the Slave

#xE2;#xAC;SThe Master and the Slave#xE2;#xAC; is a collection of narrative poetry that depicts characters that interact with each other in a given role; one claiming authority over the other: the master over the slave, the boss over the servant, the father over the son, the superior over the inferior, the confident over the meek, the admired over the admirer, the arrogant over the humble. But often, as we know it, life is not as straightforward as it seems. Roles can be reversed - either now, or over the passage of time. The seemingly deficient can, indeed, be the one of substance. It#xE2;#xAC;"s like life telling us, really: we are, after all, equal.
