The "Medensan Creation Charter" establishes a symbolic nation for descendants of African persons that were enslaved in the Americas (Western Hemisphere). The symbolic nation: "Medensa," confers ethnicity, nationality, a name and a culture on former African-Americans. Advancing a set of advisory tenets or "laws" the charter notes in the first two pages of its "Declaration," In the year 2011, all persons on the face of the globe can trace their ancestry across the ages through their ethnic tribes and/or their nations, except one group of people. People know the rudiments of their culture, its practices and customs, except one group of people. People everywhere know their ancestry, their history; who they are, to whom and where they belong and from whence they came, except one group of people. People utilize the principles of commerce that filtered through their ethnic and national groups over centuries, except one group of people. Ethnic groups gather and make resources available for members of their respective ethnic persuasions, except one group of people. The lone exception to the envied benefits available to members of time contiguous ethnic people is the group that is currently identified as and answers to the name African American.
