Mercy Town

Golden, Kansas is a town without Mercy. It doesn't welcome the poor, the hungry, the unloved, or the drug addicts. In fact, Golden offers all of these people a one way ticket out of town to anywhere and ten dollars as icing on the cake.These policies were adapted by an obsessive compulsive mayor, and enforced by a series of police officers and occassionally, by one serial killer, who steps in when Fate doesn't do her role.This is the story of the town of Golden, versus one confused man, a social worker, an obsessive compulsive ex-mayor, and a serial killer.
