Migration, Diasporas and Legal Systems in Europe

At a time when problems concerning migration and the formation of diasporic communities, which all legal systems have to deal with in one way or another, have come to be a critical in Europe, this volume reflects, discusses and analyses the wider issues surrounding asylum in the twenty-first century.Contributors from a broad range of backgrounds analyse the problems diasporas face within the EU.
