Molecular Endocrinology

The field of Molecular Endocrinology has exploded with the advent of new technological advances to study and understand the complex nature of endocrine interactions. This volume is designed to help investigators understand, appreciate, and be able to perform these techniques. It is a compilation of techniques from leading laboratories in the field. Each chapter provides a background of the technique and its applicability to the discipline of endocrinology. Chapters are designed to supply step by step technical aspects of the procedure including reagents and equipment needed along with discussions on troubleshooting and tips for avoiding procedural pitfalls.
