My Horse, My Friend Hands-On TTouch Training for Kids

Through the charming story of Maike and her budding relationship with her Arab gelding Joarm, this handbook teaches kids how to properly interact with horses. Together with Maike, young equestrians will find out how to successfully greet, lead, groom, and mount a horse, and learn relationship-strengthening obstacle games to play on the ground and on horseback. Horse-loving kids will master essential skills for engaging with horses while also discovering the exhilaration and excitement of horse companionship.

Bibi Degn is a professionally trained equestrian, a Tellington TTouch-certified instructor for dogs and horses, and the manager of the TTEAM Guild office in Germany. She is currently in the process of creation and development of a Tellington Method for children and youth called Angie’s Program.
