This book is a straight forward look at the impact Parkinson's can have on a family. It is written from the childs point of view. The child expriences a number of emotions throughout the story as the child comes to understand what is happening to Nunna. The child is initally sad, then comes fear, then anger, and finally understanding of what is happening to Nunna. The child also learns first hand of Nunna's resolve to not allow Parkinson's take away her joy in life as she works hard to battle the disease.
