New Feminist Stories of Child Sexual Abuse: Sexual Scripts and Dangerous Dialogue

The international feminist contributors to this book use the lens of post-structuralism to look at how child sexual abuse is represented and understood in the populist, academic, clinical, media and legal contexts. Divided into two sections, the first explores the impact and consequences of feminist interventions and critically examines the usefulness of a feminist post-structuralist approach. In the second, these understandings are applied to specific arenas of practice to provide a framework for critical intervention and alternative methods of working with child sexual abuse.
