Order and Chaos : And Other Works

This is Davis postmodern epic poem that probes the eternal struggle between the concepts of Order and Chaos. It examines the dilemma posed by these two coexistent yet contrary states of being throughout the history of Western Civilization. The work takes the form of a journey through The Six Portals, each providing a new understanding of how the central ideas of Order and Chaos were perceived during the Classical, Medieval, Enlightenment, Victorian and Modern eras.
