Organisational Psychology

Organizational behavior can be defined as the study of the 'structure, functioning and performance of organizations, and the behavior of groups and individuals in those organizations'. There are two main reasons to study organizational behavior: 1) to investigate factors associated with the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations, and 2) to investigate both how organizations affect the people who work in them and how workers affect organizations.
