1899. This book's origins came from a collection of thirteen lessons on the teachings of astrology and the astrological signs. Due to the demand for an outline of these teachings, the author composed a concise synopsis of each lesson, hoping that the hints and suggestions thrown out in this condensed form may accomplish the purpose of inviting deeper research in the same general direction, as well as clearing away the fog of pessimism which clouds the intellects of many who have not risen to a consciousness of the power of human individuality.
