He has published many articles and books, including recently Religion and Human Rights; No Establishment of Religion; Church, State, and Family; The Blessings of Liberty; and Religion and the American Constitutional Experiment.
Rafael Domingo is Spruill Family Professor of Law and Religion at Emory University, and Įlvaro d'Ors Professor of Law at the University of Navarra. He has published many articles and books, including recently The New Global Law; God and the Legal System; Great Christian Jurists in Spanish History;Roman Law: An Introduction; and Law and Religion in a Secular Age.
