Oxide Semiconductors for Solar Energy Conversion

Titanium dioxide (Ti02 or titania) can be applied for a wide range of uses, such as solar hydrogen generation, air and water purification, and anti-polluting and self-cleaning coatings. This book presents the basic properties of Ti02, which can be used as a raw material for the processing of Ti02-based photosensitive semiconductors with controlled performance in various applications.
