Ph'd It Up!!!

Most of us don't plan for the good outcome because it's the intended outcome. This journal allows you to plan for the outcome not intended. It also allows you to understand yourself in new ways to know the things you don't want to change now and pencil it in for later. Things come up in life that we may have seen coming but, then there are those times that we are blindsided by outcomes. This journal is to break down these times and process the event or people that caused this disruption in plans. This is a black and white copy of your growth journey.

I am Lydia Christian LCSW and I currently practice as a psychotherapist as well as a Palliative/Hospice Social Worker. I pride myself on the work that I do with the community of people that I work with. I truly meet people where they are and help them work to be the best version of themselves. The one thing I've realized in all the work that I continue to do is, there will be obstacles! I am always so honored and grateful that my clients choose me to guide them through this thing we call life. They allow me to guide them through these obstacles and are willing to be uncomfortable to get comfortable again.
