RAW Truth Workbook is designed to accompany the book RAW Truth. Which is a book about life. Written in narrative form, it aims to describe aspects of life, learning, and growing through situations and circumstances. The book is compelling because it offers real-world examples from everyday encounters through various organizational settings. Additionally, it offers both related quotes and tips to reflect on and apply daily. Each story terminates at a decision point that allows the reader to examine possible outcomes that could play out. All situations are different, and the outcomes rendered will dictate a positive or negative effect. However, there are many ways to get to an end state. One person's decision-making matrix and tools utilized will be different from the next person's. This workbook allows you to dissect, extrapolate, and decide the best course of action for you if faced with these dilemmas. It is an excellent tool to utilize individually or as a team to reflect and understand each other's decision making process.

My journey to becoming an author has been inspired in various ways. From growing up in Lafayette, Louisiana, to serving in the Air Force, to my work as an educator, to fatherhood, and to serving as a military spouse to my inspirational wife. Eight years ago, I decided to become an educator in hopes of inspiring future generations. I enjoyed working with students daily to consistently improve and reach new heights. However, I quickly found myself wanting to spend more time teaching them leadership and life skills than traditional school subjects. I've always been one to pass on to others the knowledge and skills I've learned. Inspired by a conversation with my childhood best friend, I decided to take the leap and become a coach, speaker, and trainer. Having the opportunity to work with leaders of companies and the U.S. military is an honor. My mission is to develop dynamic leaders who accelerate change and positively affect culture. Since there are a limited number of people who can be reached through training or speaking engagements, I wanted to become an author to share what I've learned and continue to learn with anyone seeking self-improvement. This book is the first of a series to inspire and develop the next generation of leaders. Every good story starts with "There I was …" Well, mines starts with where
I was not! While looking for fulfillment and an identity, I decided to enlist
into the United States Air Force. Having served more than twenty-seven
years, there is no way looking back would ever be an option. Mentors and
trusted partners guided me through trials and tribulations, allowing me to
self-examine and grow into the human being I desired to be. People are my
passion, and serving this great nation is something I cherish every day. It's
said there comes a moment in your life when you become invested in the
things you love and your path becomes clear. Since discovering my path, I
have been charging forward with shaping lives and investing in others. Of all
the accolades I have achieved throughout my career, what I am most proud
of is being known for giving my all to develop others to be the best versions
of themselves. I am a reflection of the village that raised me and continues
to lift me with prayer. Who would have ever thought that an eighteen year
old who left Lafayette, Louisiana, in 1995 would travel the world, reaching
hundreds of thousands through inspirational instruction? God Did! As a certified International Speaker, Trainer, and Executive Coach, my goal is to add value wherever it is needed. I give God all the glory! Can't stop--will not stop!
