Chelsan Deree thinks she's finally going to be able to live the normal, healthy life of a teenage girl who can control the dead. She thinks she's free of psychotic grandparents, serial killers and government assassins. But no such luck - a child named Elisha, who desperately needs Chelsan to rescue her from an I.Q. Farm, is disrupting Chelsan's dreams. Chelsan has to help Elisha because she knows the harrows of I.Q. Farms: secret warehouses full of genius children used as lab rats and given Age-pro (a pill that freezes the aging process, making them children forever). It's only been two months since Chelsan's first traumatic ordeal, but a whole new batch of torture has arisen, including constant fighting between her best friend Bill and her boyfriend Ryan, becoming allies with her worst enemy, and having to deal with her grandparents (which is saying a lot since they're always trying to kill her!). But all of these things are going to seem pretty minor when Chelsan discovers a plot so horrifying, so terrifying, that it may destroy the world. She will have to learn more about her power to raise and control the dead so she can stop the evil.
