As part of the Regroup for Students Curriculum from Rally Point Ministry, this Group Leader Guide is designed to prepare ministry leaders with everything they need to help students in their environments find long-term healing.

With a step-by-step approach to launching your first 12-week Regroup session, the Group Leader Guide helps facilitators through group creation, large group teaching times, mentor training, emergency situations, and student care.

Regroup is a repeatable 12-week program that teaches participants a process of healing that can be applied to pain from the past and situations in the future.
During each weekly session, students are introduced to simple tools that can help them process hurt and find healing. (Including a physical step-by-step journal)
By combining large group time with reflective group and one-on-one conversations, students find both community and individual care.
The Regroup program focuses on the whole needs of a person by combining psychological research, group coaching techniques, and forgiveness - made possible by Jesus.

Rally Point Ministry was born out of a desire to help leaders and ministries guide hurting people toward healing. We all encounter times when we feel lost or disconnected. And when those difficult moments or seasons happen, Rally Point Ministry wants to be there to help. In battle, a rally point is a location where a team gathers together to recover after a fight. They find healing and strength together. In life, sometimes we need time and space to find healing too.
