This book has been completely revised and updated to include a discussion of the financial crisis and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. The statutory supplement has also been updated, includes Titles III, VI, and portions of Title X of Dodd-Frank, and the statutory provisions are cross-referenced to Dodd-Frank sections which amend them.
