Adolescents are lively, fragile, unpredictable, and sometimes difficult. They crave independence, yet are often unsure of what to do with it. It’s a demanding situation for the adults who care for them. Respirad is intended to provide a guide to this challenging time for parents and caretakers of adolescents as well as for therapists and teachers.
