River Monsters of the World

The world's rivers are alive with perils, and this dramatic coloring book presents 30 awesome examples. Full-page illustrations of predators from around the globe range from the Nile's electric catfish and the Queensland grouper to the Amazon's vampire fish, the Russian kaluga, and the northern snakehead, an invasive species from Asia now in parts of the United States. Captions identify each creature and provide details of their habitats, size, and behavior.
