Rueben "Cracker" Graham is a death row inmate at Starke prison. He is biding his time until his meeting with "Old Sparky" an infamous electric chair that has, on occasion, been known to malfunction. With nothing else to do but read, Cracker whiles away his hours with a book. A book that holds a secret to his freedom.Timothy Duggan has found himself thrust into a realm of nightmares that haunt not only his sleep, but his waking moments as well. Because when he awakes, evidence of his nightmares has crossed over into reality.
