All Mist wants to do is live her life like a normal Arctic fox. But when Mist's mom, Streak, is captured by people, it's up to Mist to save her. Not even knowing if her mom is alive, Mist goes on a heroic quest to find out...and discover the truth about herself. With her little sister Lucky and her foster mother Ruby by her side, anything is possible, or so Mist thinks. Until she finds herself battling for her life against a wolverine! Mist accomplishes a lot with Ruby, like fighting the wolverine, but is it all because of the Snow Spirits? Who are they, anyway? And how can Mist survive if she's all alone?
